ORCA Video Examples of Reading to Communicate Information on the Internet

Reading and Writing to Communicate tasks (4 items) require students to compose and either send or post a short report of information they have learned about the scenario in an appropriately crafted, visually organized, and clear message. Some scenarios involve four email tasks and other scenarios involve four wiki tasks. The video tables below are divided into two separate sections: one for composing an appropriate email message and the other for posting content on a class wiki.  Note that the email and wiki portions of the assessments each include a Locate score point.
